Gardening Clogs!.... Yay or Nay?
They%26#039;re great for clog dancing, but you%26#039;re better off wearing a boot if you%26#039;re doing any serious gardening - unless maybe you like creepy crawly things sneaking into your shoes?

I%26#039;d love to put a screen over the drain hole in my shower but the drain stopper is not removable (believe me, I%26#039;ve tried!). Other than snaking the drain, what is the best way to clean the drain of clogged hair?

Ugg clogs, slippers, short boots, or long?
UGG mocasins are amazingly comfortable and I%26#039;m seeing more and more people wearing them. The boots are definately the best though because they were the original. The medium classic ones are the best though becase the short ones make your calves look fat and the talk ones you can%26#039;t wear under jeans very well. The tan Uggs get really dirty easily though so i would recommend the chocolate colored ones because they don%26#039;t show stains easily and barely any people have them. The fabric on them seems thicker too, so they keep their form better. My three pairs of Uggs are what keep me alive in the winter...no matter if people say if they are so last year. Whatev. Hope that was helpful.

Long boots: Echoing the other answers, it%26#039;s the ideal gift assuming you don%26#039;t live in some hot tropical paradise where long boots would look silly. Recommendations ror dressy: pointy toe and stiletto please (wide feet may pose problems). For casual but stylish, rounded toe with a western heel. If she has really skinny legs then make sure the tube is small but stretchy so it wrap around the legs snug otherwise it%26#039;s gonna sag or wobble around.
Short boot: Ideal for those wear pants most often. No point covering those long boots under those pants all the time.
Slippers: The indoor kind. Good gifts for people who live with those cold tile/hardwood floors.
Clogs: Unless she%26#039;s into these things I wouldn%26#039;t recommend as a gift. So you%26#039;re on your own on this one.

i think clogs are kind of out. like i wouldn%26#039;t think they were weird if someone was wearing them, but i wouldn%26#039;t personally get them and i don%26#039;t know very many people that wear them. i love uggs, and i have the dark brown pair too. if you%26#039;re getting the uggs and wear a size 9 or lower, try the kids sizes because they%26#039;re exactly the same, except cheaper. the kids 6 is equivalent to between a 7 and a 9 womans. also, spend the money and get the protector and conditioner, because the snow and salt completely destroy the suede.

Are Dansko "professional" clogs different from other Dansko clogs?
the term professional is nothing more that a product line distinction. clogs termed professional are supposedly suitable for a work environment. they also make casual styles, and sport styles, as well as childrens sizes and styles.
